Shipping Options We ship via US Postal Office and UPS. Orders placed through UPS require a street address for delivery. We can only ship to PO boxes via Postal Service. We also ship to APO addresses. Ground service normally takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 11:30 a.m. PST Monday through Friday, your order will normally be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped. Emphasis is put to process expedited orders as soon as received. Issues with credit cards or verification sometimes causes delays.

International Shipping We can ship internationally via USPS. When placing an order, enter your city, country and postal code in the appropriate fields. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of the cost via email prior to being charged for your order. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing.

Order Status If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of stock of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date if possible. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.

Return/Cancellation Policies

All items carry our standard 30-day warranty policy unless otherwise specified. You must request an RMA number to return. For an RMA number, please go to the link above. To cancel an order, please submit your request as soon as possible. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
